Abstencionismo en 2006 será del 31,7 por ciento, según encuesta
(ACAN-EFE).- Un 31,7 por ciento de los costarricenses no votarán en las elecciones de diciembre próximo debido a la corrupción y decepción de los políticos, según reveló hoy una encuesta de la estatal Universidad Nacional (UNA).
El "Umbral Político", elaborado por el Instituto de Estudios Sociales en Población (IDESPO) de la UNA, indicó que la principal razón para el abstencionismo es la corrupción y decepción de los políticos (58,4 por ciento), seguido por el incumplimiento de promesas (21,2).
