Sport Fishing in the Arenal Lake

Aventuras Arenal offers tours to catch & release fishing of the Rainbow Bass, the incredible fighter of the Arenal Lake.

Besides, the lake is a very attractive place, from here it’s possible to see the Arenal Volcano with its impressive ash and lava eruptions.

Our motorboats are equipped with gyratory boat seats, electric motors, radar, equipment for trolling and casting, expert guides and life jackets.

The tour also includes refreshments, like beer, sodas, water, coffee, orange juice, cookies and sandwiches.

The rate for this tour is $ 170 dollars per boat for half-day fishing. This could be in the morning or in the afternoon.

Full day fishing costs $ 320 dollars. The fishing trip is divided into five hours in the morning and three hours in the afternoon. It does include lunch.

NOTE: The transport from the hotel to the lake and back is not included in the price (except from La Fortuna or the hotels on the way to the Arenal Lake), if the agency wants to include the transport and the lunch, please contact us for the additional fee.
