I returned November 10th from Costa Rica. I loved your country, your countrymen and costaricaguides. Your company was reliable, dependable and your selection of tours was wonderful. I would single out "Don" Carlos, who picked us up at the airport on our arrival, as the BEST Ambassador for Costa Rica.
I would definitely recommend your company to others.  We risked traveling during the rainy season and experienced 3 full days of rain and wind. It did not stop us from doing our tour activities. I would return to Costa Rica, but I think the dry season would be a better time. I would like to experience the zip-lining WITHOUT the rain pelting me in the face.

Dear Sylvia, This is just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our tours. The 4 in 1 tour was fabulous!!!The guide was superb! Very entertaining as well as clearly very knowledgeable about all the sites we visited and Costa Rica in general! The driver did a great job too with the long day of driving. The meals very fantastic too! The Canopy tour in San Lorenzo was great fun too.The guide was also very knowledgeable and entertaining. The driver was also great! The canopy guides were also great. Very safe, very professional! We were very impressed with how well both guides were able to constantly repeat everything in both english and spanish and how well they spoke english! The busses were also very nice, clean, modern and best of all safe! The dinner at Ram Luna was also great! Great food and entertainment. Dear Sylvia, We returned from Costa Rica last week, and we all had a wonderful time. Our grandsons loved the tram ride in the rainforest and enjoyed the guides' explanation of the creatures and plants in the forest. We thought the trip to Arenal was lovely also. Many thanks for december 18 and 19 – the two day trip to Arenal Volcano staying at your hotel – Arenal Volcano INN. The room gave us a beautiful view of the Volcano. The highlight was when we were awokemn 2am to the roaring sound. As we looked out the window, we saw thw volcano erupting and  lava rock flowing from the volcano. What an experience. Those tow days were such a wonderful holiday with all the meals and drinks included.

We enjoyed the free all day tour on December 22 that took us to Grecia and Sarchi. Your bus drivers and tour guides are so thoughtful and professional.

Thank you for the invite to the office Christmas Party on December 23. What wonderful food and refreshments.

We appreciate all you do for us during our stay in San Jose. You are one of the reasons  we keep returning to your country. When we return home we tell all we meet about our experiences and the wonderful tours Expediciones Tropicales provides. Your tour bus drivers are well trained and cautious. Your tour guides are very knowledgeable about the sights in your country and considerate of the tourists. The office staff are always so polite and helpful.
