Policies and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>

1. To guarantee service reservations, passenger information must be sent by email. Prepayment must be made after receiving our written confirmation.<\/p>

2. Any special passenger instructions must be included in the reservation request, as well as any modifications to an existing reservation.<\/p>

3. Once a reservation request is sent to our office, you should receive written confirmation from us. If you do not receive it, please contact us and request confirmation.<\/p>

4. In cases where Tropical Expeditions is requested to collect payment for the service directly from the client, the agency will assume responsibility for covering the net fare in case of a no-show.<\/p>

Cancellations and Modifications

<\/strong>1. Daily tours and tours with specific operating dates: cancellations and modifications can be made in writing 24 hours in advance of the service date, without penalty.<\/p>

2. Private Tours, Other Tours, and Customized Tours: Cancellations and modifications can be made in writing 72 hours prior to the service date, without penalty.<\/p>

3. Cancellations of other services or packages with lodging will be subject to the policies of other providers or operators.<\/p>

4. No-shows will be charged at the regular rate.<\/p>

We reserve the right of admission.<\/p>

1. Any action that violates our policies during a service will result in an initial warning. A second offense will result in measures being taken for the benefit of the group. We are not responsible for these passengers if they are denied entry to any attraction or are unable to continue the tour.<\/p>

2. Any damage to the transportation unit or establishment will be covered by the passenger or group leader, depending on the damage.<\/p>

3. Smoking, consuming alcohol, or using any other psychoactive substances is not permitted on the bus.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
