 Depart the city towards the mountains that surround the Central Valley, with sceneries of spectacular vegetation, extensive coffee plantations, ornamental plants and picturesque Costa Rican villages.
Canopy San Lorenzo is located in the middle of a tropical forest reserve, in a beautiful area full of orchids, bromeliads and other ornamental plants.
At the Canopy San Lorenzo you will slide along steel cables joined to platforms built into the trees many feet above the ground. The first part of the canopy starts with shorter cables to make you gain confidence and to give you the opportunity to admire the beautiful forest. The second part of the canopy tour will rise your adrenaline with much longer cables making you to experience a real jungle adventure.
The San Lorenzo Canopy has 19 platforms and the total length of the cables is 2500 meters or 8.202,10 ft. One of the cables is 750-meter or 2.460,63 feet long, being one of the longest ones in the country. From one platform to the other the guide will explain the most important features of the surrounding forest. Finally, after a short walk you will enjoy a delicious lunch in the restaurant of Land in Love.
