Day 1

Welcome to Costa Rica
Once you arrive at Juan Santa Maria International Airport, after customs a Costaricaguides representative will provide transportation to your selected hotel in San Jose.

Day 2 Meals, B, L, D.

Costa Rica Turtle After breakfast we will pick you up to take you to Tortuguero National Park :

Admire the biodiversity an astonishing protected area in Costa Rica as we drive by Braulio Carrillo National Park, a primary forest in 90% of its extension.
Have a taste of our delicious Costa Rican breakfast en route.
Be our special guest in a banana processing and packaging plant and learn more about one of Costa Rica's prime products (subject to harvest seasson).
Board a comfortable boat upon arrival to the port and let this extraordinarily exotic paradise enchant you, as you travel along the Tortuguero Canals.
Have a one-in-a-lifetime experience in this unique place surrounded by a great variety of flora and fauna of breathtaking beauty.
Enjoy a refreshing cocktail and a delicious Lunch as we welcome you to PACHIRA LODGE.
After lunch, we will visit the museum, the beach area an the small and picturesque town of tourtuguero. A delightful dinner will be served at the lodge. (B/L/D)

OPTIONAL MORNING TOUR: Enjoy nature at its best as you undertake a journey through the canals at dawn, and take your best photo of a real Caribbean sunrise.
Discover Costa Rican flavors as you enjoy breakfast at PACHIRA LODGE.
Get ready to hike Tortuguero Hill or travel along the well known Tortuguero Canals and have the experience of your life in this unique paradise of magnificent flora and fauna.
Enjoy a delicious lunch at the lodge.
Take your time to enjoy our private trails, ride a boat through the canals or just relax.
OPTIONAL NIGHT TOUR: Walk on the beach and admire the green turtles nesting (July through September). (B/L/D).

Arenal Volcano

Breakfast at the lodge.
Lunch en route.
After lunch , we will pick you up with a shuttle service to take you to Arenal Area.

Day 5 Meals, B.

Free morning
Around 15:00 hours we will pick you up for Arenal Volcano Hike . Your expert bilingual naturalist guide will find the animals, point out indigenous rain forest plants, and tell you about the history of this active volcano.

Frequent sightings include: monkeys, wild boars, two types of toucans, White-Nosed Coatis Oro Pendulas, Golden Eyelash Vipers, Boa Constrictors, and Great Curassows and then we will take you to Tabacon Hot Springs. Transfer from Arenal to Jaco Beach Area, by shuttle.

Manuel Antonio National Park Tour

Manuel Antonio National Park Walk Tour
Have an experienced nature guide take you on an informative hike through the park Our guides know where you are most likely to encounter sloths, monkeys etc. they will also provide a great deal of information on the history, flora and fauna during this easy 2 ½ hours walk. Mid tour snacks and refreshments are offered and guests may remain in the park after the tour to enjoy one of the many beautiful beaches.
