Canyoneering- The Ultimate Waterfall Rappel

When we arrive at the base a delicious breakfast will be served and you will enjoy the great view on the Arenal Volcano. The trip begins with a 30-minute drive into the tropical rainforest outside the town of La Fortuna, in the shadow of the Arenal Volcano. On the way we make several stops to see different plants and animals. Thereafter we trek through the forest on magical trails that lead to some of the most spectacular waterfalls in Costa Rica. Along the way we will also have the opportunity to see monkeys, toucans, sloths, parrots and discover the secrets that lie hidden deep in the canyon. When we arrive at the waterfalls we will rappel from the top down into the beautiful pristine canyon. The adventure includes four rappels, three of which are along waterfalls and one dry rock face. We then arrive at the tranquil pools where we will have a snack, do some bird watching and relax in this unspoiled paradise. Then it is just a short trek out of the canyon, we jump in the vehicles and head back to the base camp.
