Cancellation / prepayment:

Any cancellation made at least 3 days or more prior to arrival will not incur in any penalty. Any cancellation made at least 2 days prior to arrival will incur a night penalty. Any cancellation made less than 1 day prior to arrival will incur a 100% penalty. No shows, will incur a 100% penalty.

Children and Extra Beds:

Children from 0 to 10 years old stay free sharing with two adults. Children up to 10 years old will be charged as an adult.

Other Policies:

For Christmas & New Year all reservations require 3 nights as minimum stay. ( Dec 27 - Jan 02). Mandatory New Year´s Eve dinner.
