Cancellation / prepayment:

Any cancellation made at least 15 days or more prior to arrival will not incur in any penalty. Any cancellation made at least 14 to 8 days prior to arrival will incur 1 night penalty. Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival will incur 2 nights penalty. No shows, will incur 2 nights penalty. Cancellation of reservations for Easter Week, Christmas or New Year's will incur a 100% penalty.

Children and Extra Beds:

Children from 0 to 1 years old stay free sharing with two adults. Special price for children from 2 to 12 years old. Children up to 12 years old will be charged as an adult.

Other Policies:

For Christmas & New Year all reservations require 6 nights as minimum stay.
